I have also been searching for the easiest way and as far as I’m concerned, I have found the best combination of diet and exercise that can ultimately help me with my goal.

Obviously, if you ate less you will lose weight. This has been the foundation of any easy ways to lose weight plan but more important is taking in fewer calories than what you always did. This was one of my favorite methods since it was one of the most effective and easy ways to lose weight that I have ever tried. So apart from eating less, I researched on how calories can be taken in and what foods have more and which contained less.

I started looking at each food as a part of the high calorie, medium calorie and low calorie food types. High calorie food would be the dairy and egg product food list which consists of cheese, milk, whole eggs, dessert toppings, salted butter and cream. These foods must be totally avoided and should never be used as an additive for any meals as well. Medium and low calorie foods are vegetables and fruits that have become a part of my menu ever since. I was also contented to munching crispy salads and snacking on nutritious foods and what made it interesting was that I never even gained a pound with this guilty pleasure.
Being aware of what I ate and counting calories was not bad at all. I found this very easy to do and all I needed was the right exercise to burn the extra calories that I had.
I also learned from research that the right exercise to burn extra calories would be a cardio workout. This type of exercise makes your heart thump faster and sets your metabolism into hyper drive. I enrolled in an aerobic workout that literally brought me to my knees! I was dancing and skipping to the beat and to my surprise, I felt better and more alive! Cardio exercise is really an easy way to lose weight and I was really glad I tried it out.

Along with my aerobic classes, I was also interested in trying out kick boxing. I have read that this was another cardio workout plus also builds strength and muscle tone. I enrolled in a beginner’s class and before long I was a regular at the gym working out until the late hours.
